Slower days

It's frustrating when things slow down in weightloss. Add to that, the hunger pains are worse especially once I've hit the max calories I'm allowing myself right now. Water doesn't seem to help ease it.

Only upside is that sweets (my weakness) hasn't seemed appealing, but I'm waiting to see how this month's cycle goes. With fibro, things get out of whack hormonally and the only thing to calm me down is chocolate. Any suggestions from the ladies out there? Exercise is limited 'cause the cramps usually keep me almost bed ridden at times.

Really not looking forward to that. I think I'm just overthinking things because the scale hasn't dropped any the last few days.

I did manage to break out my old walking video so I can do that and not worry about the dang heat outside!

  I suggest magnesium. Chocolate is fairly high in magnesium and craving chocolate can show that you are need it. Also- magnesium helps with cramps. I suggest a product called CALM by Natural Vitality.
