Not a good weigh in

I did not lose a single pound last week. :( I really don't understand why, but I didn't. I am not giving up, although it is discouraging.

    I think the scale is an evil tool. We rely on it so much to tell us how we are doing but it never provides the whole picture. Don't let the scale discourage you too much. Stay on track and your body will show you that you are making progress...with or without the scale. emoticon

    You may not have lost weight but how do your clothes feel? Are they getting to sag on your body? If so then you have lost weight but also gained muscles and muscles weight more than fat. Muscles also take up less space than fat so just go by how your clothes fit you or the lack of fit when you lose weight.
