my minutes are adding up!!!

So this week have been finally adding some minutes to my cardio, nothing fancy, im trying to keep it simple. Monday during Raw, which my DD watches, she laughed as I walked in place and did pushups, situps, squats and leg lifts which I did for about 15 mins. Yesterday me and DS walked for about 20 mins and when I got home I did some pushups and situps. Today me and DS walked for 20 mins at a slow pace so when I got home I got on the treadmill and did a mile in 14:42 which is my best yet I think! so Im pretty excited, it felt really good and I look forward to what kind of activity I can find for tomorrow emoticon
