Man, tracking your food can be frustrating. I just finished plugging everything in and I just barely went over. come on! I'm not gonna lie; I was so tempted to delete something just so I could "feel" as if I did it right, but I knew it wouldn't have made a difference. The truth is I'm eating too much. I can exercise all day long, but my eating habits have to improve. I feel hopeful though because I continue to see the bad foods that get in my way. For instance, the syrup I used this morning made up the most calories at a whopping 420 calories. I could have easily used one serving rather than two and that would have put me under my daily calorie goal. In addition, the daily nutrition feedback report showed that the syrup made up the most calories in my day. Was that sugar really worth it? I think I'm starting to get it. Besides, I continue to suffer in the protein realm so I could have been more creative with breakfast.
