I'm going to write something really quick. I normally blog on Sunday's, but was a little busy on Father's Day. Anywho, I started the Turbo Fire DVD's, but did not workout with them everyday. Its easier for me to workout outside my home, but I love the DVD's.

I believe I have been giving 90% this week. I have to find something to curve my sugar cravings. ITS RIDICULOUS. I do so well during the day, but when I get home, its like I am attacking my pantry. I try to opt for greek yogurt and berries, but its a mind game.

I participate in a wonderful BL challenge, excited about weighing in tomorrow, every little bit counts. I'm not sure if I lost weight or what, but at this point I will accept a pound loss.

What do I mean by 10%, I am referring to 10% of my body weight. I want to focus on this # so that I do not get overwhelmed. A 21 pound lose would be great. Lets say........4 months maybe.

Something exciting to share.... I ran across a Sparkpage "SPARKGIRL32" and she is doing so awesome losing weight, her health and so forth. She starting her weightloss journey on a diet called "Hilton Head Metabolism". I have never heard of it before, but there are great reviews on the internet and amazon.com about this diet. So I think I am going to try it. We will see.

    Hard work dedication and perseverance all seem to make things work out. It has taken me a long time to get what I want but the program I am using now is the very best. I have been sugar free for 2 years but that did not help me go where I wanted to go so I bought the Unleash Your Thin program. It is amazing and I love the results. I am down to a size 8(not seen since before high school) emoticon and I feel great with lots of energy. He addresses all the emotional junk first and that was stressful to go through but makes the rest of the program a breeze!! emoticon

    10% is a very reasonable and SAFE initial weight loss goal. You can definitely lose 5 pounds a month with hard work and dedication! I've never heard of that diet, either, but if it seems legit and will help you "spark" something, I say go for it -- and I'll be rooting for you the whole time!
