I'm going to write something really quick. I normally blog on Sunday's, but was a little busy on Father's Day. Anywho, I started the Turbo Fire DVD's, but did not workout with them everyday. Its easier for me to workout outside my home, but I love the DVD's.
I believe I have been giving 90% this week. I have to find something to curve my sugar cravings. ITS RIDICULOUS. I do so well during the day, but when I get home, its like I am attacking my pantry. I try to opt for greek yogurt and berries, but its a mind game.
I participate in a wonderful BL challenge, excited about weighing in tomorrow, every little bit counts. I'm not sure if I lost weight or what, but at this point I will accept a pound loss.
What do I mean by 10%, I am referring to 10% of my body weight. I want to focus on this # so that I do not get overwhelmed. A 21 pound lose would be great. Lets say........4 months maybe.
Something exciting to share.... I ran across a Sparkpage "SPARKGIRL32" and she is doing so awesome losing weight, her health and so forth. She starting her weightloss journey on a diet called "Hilton Head Metabolism". I have never heard of it before, but there are great reviews on the internet and amazon.com about this diet. So I think I am going to try it. We will see.
