I was sleepy and tired from an exhausting night at work and made a mandatory decision to come home, eat, shower and get in bed. I could barely keep my eyes open earlier at work and I was groggy for some reason. I think I stayed up way too much Monday into Tuesday and it just caught up with me. Oh well, I am not going to beat myself up because I ate some carbs and didn't work out. Tomorrow is another day, I will get out there in the morning and get to running, for my C25k training. I just joined my new gym run club which I think will come in handy for me to continue to running program, no matter what emoticon emoticon

    sometimes sleep is important in a training regimen. when we are too tired our bodies try not to lose weight.
