of water fasting. I'm 175. Still overweight. I'm just doing strength training today. I feel blue. I wonder if I can loose three lbs tonight. I should weigh myself every day to see what I'm averaging. Some say you loose ten lbs in two or three days of water fasting. Wouldn't that be great. Somehow I don't think I'll be 170 tomorrow, but a girl can dream. At least the weight is coming off.
so what's my plan? I guess water fast till I'm in the 150s, then switch to alternating juice with water.
It's only 30 days of my life. Then I can focus on getting in shape in a healthy way. I'm so dissapointed in myself that I have to do this for the wedding.
