I took some time off from staying strictly on SD. For the most part, I still ate well and noticed how much more aware I am of what I eat, and when I'm hungry and full. I'm starting the day count over with a 'b' by the # of days because it's a tracker for me to able to see how long I've avoided fast food. I went to Vegas last weekend and gave myself a free weekend. It was amazing and fun. I jumped off of the Stratosphere (855 ft!) and before starting SD, I would've been over the maximum weight requirements to jump. It was an accidental goal that has inspired me and 're-sparked' me to continue on this journey to a healthy weight and lifestyle. I want to go back when I'm under 250 so I can do the zip line and when I meet my 50 lb goal, go sky diving as a reward.
This summer, I've been busy taking classes, curriculum planning for next year, and spending time with friends. I am heading back home Monday to ND to visit family and friends for a month, and I am really stoked about that.

Dinner - Smart ones lasagna
