  Thank you both for your comments and encouragement. It was a real eye opener pardon the pun to see it for myself. Like we all know we look at ourselves in the mirror every day, and our families see us daily so it's hard for us Sleevers and our Support System to really get a gauge on our progress. I cannot believe that I am approaching 280lbs and will probably hit it by the weekend or by next week's weigh in for sure. I haven't been under 280 since the mid 1990s - this is going to be an exciting summer for certain. Thanks again and my best to you and yours for a great evening and happy tomorrow.
