I have been really loving my series of Jillian Michaels workout dvds. The scale doesn't seem to be budging,
but I notice my legs are really showing muscle definition & I imagine that also goes for my bum, which I can't see....
Anyhow, my lovely 17 year old daughter has started taking daily walks with some girlfriends (I sometimes threaten to come with them...lol)
& yesterday DD did my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred level 1~!
I was so proud that I inspired her to work-out & try that dvd~!!!
Today she said "What does one do when one is too sore to do the dvd workout?"
& I said, "take a rest day from that workout & go for a walk instead."
Too funny. I know that soreness, & I told her she will progress & get stronger.
Right now I am doing the No More Trouble Zones, I LOVE it. It's a 50 minutes workout, & I feel great.
Tonight is my 3 year wedding anniversary~ & DH got to choose the restaurant this year.
We are going to a place in Newport called Scales & Shells, I am looking forward to a beautiful night with my darling hubby.
& even better, a whole lifetime of happy days.
