Yesterday I switched to a combo of the HCG diet and the Slow Carb diet and was amazed how easy it was. Yes, there wasn't a ton of variety, but I wasn't hungry either! I ate about 1280 calories (which is amazing low for me) and felt good. Hopefully this keeps going this way!
I've been icing to help the Sciatica go away and doing the stretches I've found online. Amazingly, the stretches REALLY help it feel TONS better!
