Well I haven't posted in a long time... we were on vacation and then I forgot...
Then I was away again and then I was sick and then I thought I already did but didn't actually do it. Ya know what I mean?
Anyway, even with all that crap and forgetfulness I've been doing very well with working out regularly and eating better. Maybe it's all the fresh in season foods but I've been adding way more veggies and fruits to my meals. I've actually found myself craving them. Crazy but true.
Now I just need to get myself to the gym for a change. Working out with DVDs is so much easier but I definitely need the stairmaster to kick my butt so I know I'm working.
