Day two

Day one -- yesterday went well until dinner, then it was late, I was tired, and I stopped at McDonald's and bought a McChicken sandwich meal... am I insane? No, just a little crazy. The good news is that I actually threw the fries away, and only ate one half of the bun with the chicken. So although it wasn't good for me, I still managed to stay within my calories for the day! So, IMHO, I still had a good day.

Today is off to a good start, healthy breakfast, packed a health lunch, and will NOT be stopping at any fast food places on my way home tonight!

I'm still so new to Sparkpeople, but I truly believe I've found the right place for me! emoticon
