Back to the Grind!

For me, that's what it is, a grind! A constant battle to watch what I eat and make myself exercise!
My last blog post was last September! I've had a lot happen since then. But my main concern is my weight. I let myself go and became fat again. So depressing! Now I'm really having trouble trying to get back into the 'groove' of working out and eating properly.
I've let my life take over instead of taking charge. But I've got to make a change so this is my confession time and my accountability time!
I have to get back to it!
