Here I am on day 3. I've done good so far. I'm pretty proud of myself. Last night was tempting to eat the food I cooked for my kids but I didn't!!! (pat on the back).
I've been shrinking my stomach down the first week to prepare me for smaller portions. I know I was over eating a bunch so my stomach had to be very stretched out.
Day 3 and 7 pounds gone.
I'm lowering my caffeine intake and staying within the window I've set for myself. This week 3 cans a day, next week 2. If you knew how much I was consuming you would be floored, I'm embarrassed, even though it was diet cherry coke zero I know for a fact it has stuff in it that isn't good for us. So my goal, this week 3, next week 2 and then we will see if I can cut it to 1.
The first two days I had such bad headaches and had little to no patience. (Did I also mention no energy?)
I spent most of yesterday reading about eating for your blood type, so that is what I'll be doing. I am going out of town next week and I'm hoping to stick to my plan! (not going to be easy because my mom will be choosing the food).
This is turning into a book! LOL!
