I had a bad day yesterday. I came home and ate my flex points (yep, all of them) in brownies and cookies (baking projects with my son)
It's time I found some other way to cope. It's not healthy.
I'm giving this a name here, because it needs one. Cookies don't make me feel better. Even temporarily. Brownies don't make me feel any better, even temporarily.
From now on, if I am at home, my coping mechanism is to do a down dog and a child's pose- 2 min each.
If I am at work, my coping mechanism is to walk to the water cooler, stand there, breathe and think for one minute.
