New Goals for June: A) 1500 -1700 Calories per day ( Good calories )

B) Five fruit and vegetable daily

C) No eating after 7 PM at night & no TV between 7 and 11 PM

Exercise : A) Continue running program 3-4 days per week

B) Ride bike at least 100 K per week

C) Weight training 3 times a week Mon Wed Fri

Meditation: I do believe this is important and I tend to let it slide.

Reading: Finish Younger Next Year:


Eating:
This is my third attempt at writing this. Internet issues. I stayed within calorie range 1562 and drank tons of water got all my fruits and veggies in. Good day on the food front.

Exercise:

Started the day in the garden for about an hour. Then I turtle jogged for 35 minutes. It was very hot and humid. After I got back I did 2 hr of splitting wood. In the afternoon I spent an hour cutting grass. All in all an active day.

Meditation:
None.

35 minutes Peter, isn't that a little bit more than what your running program calls for? I know you're an athlete, but I'm still watching you, take your time with it!!

    Hey glad you finished your book. Thanks for sharing the little bits of great info with all of us! It's funny how much hard core physical activity you can find around the house to do. I could probably quit the gym and just find stuff to do at home, but I love it too much! Another great day Peter!

Thanks for the suggestion to look for a used women's version of Younger Next Year. I found one for $1.99 on Amazon - cost me twice as much to ship it! But, I'll have my own copy now. Doing the happy dance!
