I didn't get only one hour of sleep, I was just up for 23 hours yesterday. I got 5 hours of sleep but I am still really upset about what happened last night. It makes me very upset that my coworkers and adviser take so little consideration.

Boo. That sounds more like a nap than a night of sleep! You need to take care of yourself if you want to get rid of that cold.
