Hi!!! How are you guys!
I missed sparking when I was on vacation, my internet at the hotel sucked, so no internet until I got back home.
My vacation was as good as it can be. Aruba is beautiful and relaxing..just not with kids or inlaws. We did have a good time, were at the beach everyday, and went sightseeing a lot..came home tired. The kids had a blast. Can't wait to go again, minus kids.
I had west indian food, thai food, and chinese food for dinners, pizza one day, 2 beers made in Aruba, ice cream 2x for dessert, salads for lunches rice crispies for sugar cravings, nuts, lots of protein bars, apples, and water in between. So I did decent.
I can't seem to upload any pics in my blog so I will try on my page or another time if that doesn't work.
June has been going good so far. I'm maintaining my runs for a 5k,..even did it 2x on my vacation. I'm am doing it along with my husband and we're finishing week 5. I'm still eating protein and veggies. We had to cheat with bread, rice, and pizza while on vacation a few times, but I managed to come home weighing 156 lbs which is great. The lowest I've seen on the scale was 154.4 like 2 weeks ago and it fluctuates between that and 157. I've been having a rice crispies treats which are 90 cals like daily for the last 5 days and I need to cut it out, that's the only bad stuff I've had since coming home on Sunday.
I have 10 days remaining to make more progress. Still missing the gym. :-/ And still waiting to get a bowflex. I need to plan a menu but don't know where to start and how to stick with it, because I cook and eat depending on what I feel like eating that day.

P.s I can't upload pics in my blog, dont' know why. I was able to get my background pic changed, but because of it being uploaded in a smaller size it takes a away from the beauty of the colors of the water and the brightness. :-/ I got another on upload to my album. Will try again later.
