Today is Day 26. Last week was a bit different than the previous 2 weeks here. A friend was visiting after nearly 1 year and we were always outside the house. So I had to eat out most of the time but I managed to go for the healthier choices! I missed some snacks and one major meal, which I do not want to do because it lowers my metabolism greatly (from previous experience) but I managed to lose 1 pound! YAY! :D
Now I am out of slightly obese! (where I have been at for the last year) I can’t wait for the time I’ll be in normal BMI range. I can not think of any rewards though... Any ideas?
