My back is killing me! I hurt it while packing up from our camping trip this weekend. I guess, in a weird, messed up way, it's a blessing. I was already planning on getting back on track and starting up a diet/fitness routine when I returned, but being injured yet again (third or fourth time this year), reminds me why I need to do this. Since starting my desk job in October 2011, my weight has exploded. I crawled under houses and in attics for my last job and never hurt myself, but now I sit for 8 hours a day and have constant neck and back pain.
As soon as I can move again, it's time to start working on my ab and back muscles! I have a list from my Dr. and I can't wait to start them up! Huzzah!
