I am on track and losing weight this week. I have added exercise each day, which is making the difference. I hope I can always find time each day to get the exercise in. I sure did sleep soundly last night. Still really tired today, but feel better. My hips are not hurting as bad as they have the last month. I am sure that has to do with the exercise and stretching I have been doing. I BETTER KEEP THIS UP!
