I have been messing up a little since my birthday on the 10th of this month I have been a little busy ..... I kept 2 of my nephews on top of my 3 boys and had very little time to exercise and also poor diet for myself and lack of time to eat ! we also had all-stars for my son which started and ended very quickly fortunately but still would have liked to see them win:)! now it is time to get back on track before I mess up what I have done!!!!

    You can do it! one day at a time. Try tracking on paper... you see what your going to eat and how much. It works and is faster then putting the info in the computer.
