When a mountain seems to high to climb

I have entered another 5k. This time it is a virtual 5k on sparks people. At 300 pounds I never thought I would complete the first one, let alone sign up for a second. I have been living a life of excuses. I have decided to change that. If I goof on my diet one day I start again the next. If I can't exercise for a hour then I at least try for 10 minutes. I am putting one foot in front of the other to see how far I can get.

    Good for you!! When is your virtual 5k? We can do this! Just like you said--do what we can, and if we mess up, just try again. There's a really good sparkpeople article called "Two steps forward, one step back" or something like that. You can do this!
