Ok so as I've mentioned somewhere in sparkpeople I've like to consider having baby number 2 next year, well before I do that I want to see 99kg on the scale and maybe even stay at 99kg while pregnant, or make it my max if I lose more before I get pregnant. So right now after looking at some turbo fire before and after photos I've decided I'm going to do the 20 week schedule again, I'm going to get up at 5:30am and go to bed at 9:30pm (2yr old dependent) once I go back to 4 days per week which is 2nd July so I'll take start pictures and measurements on 30th June and 20 weeks from then is 17th November, then a week of inferno and then do what's working to get me through to christmas. I'd love to do P90X next year hence I'm starting to attempt (really crappy) pushups. I have big boobs and am carrying a lot of weight in my weak abdomen so pushups just arent something I do, well I've been trying, even the knee ones suck and my form isnt the best but I feel it for days where I should so I'm targeting the correct muscles which is the main thing. So there you have it, 20 week turbo fire plan where I intend to lose 1.3kg per week and finish having lost 26 of the 35 I need to lose by then. Again as I always say if I lose 10kg of fat I'd be happy but if I aim for losing higher amounts then I will lose more than aiming for 10kg and losing 4kg!! Last time I didn't lose much but my eating wasn't in check, this time it will be!
