As I posted about the foods that keep me on track, I noticed my last substantive entry was October 2011. Matt and I had been on a road trip. On a post earlier I had set a goal of 183 pounds by March 2012.
Well, obviously that goal wasnít met. Life happened. Matt and I hit a very stormy patch about November of 2011 and it led to our eventual break-up by March of 2012. I retreated to my usual comforts which are NOT egg white omelettes and work outs at the gym.
But I moved out about mid-May and Got My S#@! Together (GMST)- again. Since my GMST day, Iíve lost 13 pounds.
