What a day I've had. It's negative non-SparkPeople shiz though, non-anything shiz to be honest - I don't want to bother talking about it. So I'm here with the positivity! Woo!
I loved the Crazy KB workout (myomytv.com) so much, that after doing that one again yesterday, I decided today I wanted another challenging KB workout. My vampire convention weekend is upon me this weekend, and I find my motivation to work like a mofo NOW?! ...Typical huh?

-Goblet Squat - 19-17-15 (These really finish me off... To begin with! :P)
-Contra-Lateral Single Bulgarian Deadlift Right - 10-9-10
-Contra-Lateral Single Bulgarian Deadlift Left - 10-10-11
-Burpee into Pullup - 4-4-4
- 2 Handed KB Swing - 26-25-26 (Also kill me...)
-Vertical Swing/Pull Burpee - 5.5-5-4
Feeling so good now. I needed a good sweaty butt-whooping. I was surprised with the reps being higher on the left deadlifts - Whilst warming up and practising I was struggling with one rep - My balance can be so bad at times.
My eating is back to great. I don't know if I'm going to have time to workout tomorrow... I have A LOT going on... But Thursday, my fitness-class-buddy dropped out so I've talked my 18 year old nephew into coming with me to Boxercise! YAY! I'm SO happy about this and can't wait to work out with him! :)
