You are so cute, "nothing much going on, JUST bootcamp", as though it's just no big deal. Too cute. That is a huge accomplishment you are kicking ass. I guarantee even if the scale isn't showing a ton of progress, your body is going through some amazing changes, you are doing amazing especially with your exercising. Keep it up!
Every time I have worked out at the YMCA, I have thought of you. Your blogs really inspire me. They have helped me remember ... Each time we exercise there is a sense of accomplishment. Sometimes it is hard to see! Look! See! You are the engine that could, did and will!!
That's great that you didn't give up!! I tried boot camp once and I could barely move for 3 days afterwards. It was CRAZY!! But the fact that you get to do it 4 days in the same week is great! I only could do it that one Saturday and, like I said, it was CRAZY!!! So, keep up the good work. You're continuing to do what many people (myself mainly) give up on!! So...
I love the title of your vlog! Boot camp is tough, but so are you! I know you can push through it and you'll see such amazing changes in yourself. I did boot camp for 6 weeks last year and it was definitely a love/hate relationship (seems like I have that with a lot of workouts lol) but in the end I loved it! And couch to 5k is a great program too, and even better that you have somebody to do it with!
You can do it! It sounds like this bootcamp is just what you need to push you another level (or several) in your workouts. Don't worry about the others; it's your progress you should notice.
In 1976 I was 25 years old and attended Navy Bootcamp. No matter what kind of bootcamp you go to it's always difficult. Remember, if you compare yourself to others you'll be disappointed. If you focus on yourself you'll be surprised at what you accomplish each day. Keep up the great work. (I did finish bootcamp and became a sailor.)
:) Yay for boot camp! You did it! That's all that matters! I have the app for the couch to 5k but I scared to try it - you remember that episode from friends where rachel and pheobe go running and Pheobe runs like a crazy person? LOL well, I don't run like that but thats how I feel when I run - really goofy. But I'm working up to it. Keep up the awesome work!
You will grow to love Boot Camp! I went for 2 1/2 years. Loved it! I had to stop because it was getting too expensive to keep going for right now and I miss it soooo much! Have fun, do what you can do, keep moving, and you will get alot out of it! Deb
I started bootcamp yesterday as well through this living social deal I found!! And I feel the same way!!! I was like what did I get myself into? LOL!!! But I am excited for the 5 weeks!!!
