Working on getting my food intake back on track... especially the hydration. My goal for last week was to lose 3 pounds. I lost two. Which is OK. Working on cutting the junk food and increasing the protein this week.
I've got to stop reaching for snack foods in the afternoon and early evening. Getting back to menu planning would help a lot with that. And getting more sleep. So I could get up a little earlier in the morning. And take more time putting meals and snacks together for the work day.
I've got a 5K this weekend. I'm probably going to walk it. My hip is bothering me a little bit, and I don't want to get into the situation I had last summer where I got tendonitis in my hip and it took MONTHS to fully get over. I'd rather play it safe.
