Well it appears that my time online is getting scattered. lol... Today i'm off to the gym and then my daughter has gymnastics afterwards. I'm looking forward to working out, it's been too long! I'm still keeping up with my plant based diet. I've sustained my weight loss so far but I'm not losing any more. I hope that working out 3-4 times a week will help the scale to continue to go down!!!
