Its only one day, but I did awesome. I didn't eat any extra sugar, which is a GREAT achievment for me. I am going to do it again today and see if I can keep it going. I am also going to keep soda out of my diet, except one or two diet sodas a week and slowly get rid of that too. (I like having a soda when I go out to eat with Brian)
I have been doing a challenge with my sister for the last three weeks that has been going awesome. We each have to walk or run 6 miles a week. If we don't hit our goal we have to do something we hate doing. Haha mine is eating a salad for lunch two days in the week following. I HATE salads. I know I shouldn't, but I always end up over eating when I have salad because it doesnt fill me up very long.
