As of this morning, I've lost a total of 45 pounds! I've been ramping up my exercise plan because I got the awesome news that we're going to Disney again in February. The last time we went I was much lighter and I still had to worry about fitting on the rides. I have seven months before the trip and I'd like to lose about another 20 pounds so I can keep up with all of the walking. I don't want to slow my kids down at all since this is the last trip I'll have when they are truly little and can appreciate the magic of Disney! It's great to have the additional motivation to keep me active.
