I am a very black and white kind of gal - either I am pretty or ugly, fat or skinny, right or wrong - seeing the gray side of life is something that I need to work on....
So instead of a blog about how I still need to lose an infinite number of pounds...I figured I would point out to myself things I couldn't say before.....
**** I have 9 weeks straight of exercising for at least 90 minutes under my belt
**** 12/30/11 - 172 pounds ~~~~~ 6/19/12 - 148 pounds ~~~~~ Bub-Bye 24 pounds
**** Planks, Squats, TRX Bands, Push-ups are all no longer part of a foreign language
**** Commercials are a great opportunity to get in some core exercises
We can all do this - start today and make a list of things you don't think you can say about yourself in 2 months....then......CRUSH THEM!!!
