I allow myself to get easily distracted from my goal. Yesterday I felt focused and committed and I did great.
So I'm going to ignore my friends who only want to go out to dinner, I'm going to avoid functions with buffets of food (for now, because I know my weaknesses and I'm going to protect myself from possible downfalls), and I leave my cash at home when I go to work because vending machines are too tempting.
Sometimes you just have to outsmart yourself! If I can just eat clean for a few weeks, I know I'll be right back on track. So no distractions!!
