Well.... I took today off due to my run in with the Scallops. I am feeling much better now, but earlier I felt like hell.
Still, I managed to relax, watch some TV, and about an hour ago I did a 45 minute pm yoga video online.
This is this video I did.
It is more Hatha than Vinyasa.... and focuses mainly on the floor stretches. I found it was a good evening- getting in the mood for bed- video.
According to my HRM I burnt 133 calories doing this yoga work-out.
Today I did well with food also.
My calorie count was 1293. ACTUALLY- IT WASN'T. I didn't tack on the little bit of cheese I mixed into my dinner. Its was 110 calories for 1/4 cup... and I honestly have no idea how much I grabbed.. so I think I am more along 1400 today.
Breakfast- Peaches N Cream Oatmeal and a mango, pineapple, strawberry, and mango juice smoothie.
Lunch- Healhty choice Chicken Verde. It was all sorts of yum. I also had a yogurt.
Dinner- I made 'bunless' chili cheese dogs.. because at this point I was feeling better and could eat something hardy. I made another smoothie and had a piece of garlic bread.
It was a recipe from HG girl.... and it was delish. Less than 300 calories- just basically peppers, onions, beans, stewed mexican tomatos, diced fresh tomatos, cut up fat free really low calorie hot dogs... cumin, chili powder, red pepper flakes, some garlic powder, salt and pepper.. and wam. Oh also a little bit of mustard.
My husband loveddd it.
I have a lonngg day ahead of me.. but I already packed my food for the day and I am excited.
For breakfast I am having a yogurt, half a muffin, and a banana.
For lunch I am having a cup of grapes, Healthy Choice Beef Merlot - ps.. best frozen meal ever..., and a guacamole, tomato, onion, red and green peppers, lime juice, and cilantro salad.
For snack I have strawberries and the crisp things that I like so much.

Tomorrow I have Zumba at 5 and then I am coming home to celebrate BRUCES BIRTHDAY... MY PUPPY IS ONE YEAR OLD TOMORROW..
I also need to do the dishes. I have been putting them off for so long.. bummer face.
It will be interesting to see how many calories I actually burn at zumba tomorrow. We shall see.
