So I've been thinking about what I need to do to break some bad habits and finish this challenge out strong. I think my worst habit is that I don't sleep enough. Sleep is very important in a weight loss journey and I haven't been paying attention to it. Another bad habit I have is not sticking to my 1 weekly treat and adding more throughout the week. I'm where I want to be for the most part but if I change these bad habits, I know I can have even better results. So my goals for the remainder of this challenge are:
1. Continue the GOOD habits I've built:eating well, working out consistently, getting my water in.
2. Stay positive and connected to my team.
3. Less screen time before bed so I can get to sleep more easily
4. Plan a treat weekly and stick to it.
I know I can finish this challenge strong and surpass my original goals!
