Well, I haven't been to the gym since Wednesday, and I haven't done my do it daily since friday. But I went today! I did 40 minutes of Cardio and a bunch of strength training at the gym. I am absolutely exhausted. I'm only still awake to write out what I did today.

I did:
5 minutes on the summit trainer, 15 minutes on the elliptical, a machine that works your inner thighs and a machine for outter thighs both at a weight of 120 lbs for 2 sets of 15 reps, leg extensions at 35 lbs and 2 sets of 15 reps, leg curls 50 lbs 2 sets of 15 reps, seated leg press - 3 sets - 1 at 120 lbs for 15 reps, and 2 sets at 135 lbs for 15 reps. Then I did 20 minutes on the bike, then did shoulder press - 2 sets of 15 reps at 35 lbs, the pec dec- 2 sets of 8 reps at 35 lbs, the vertical row and vertical press at 40 lbs - 2 sets of 15 reps. Then I did some free weight bicep curls with 10 lbs and I was done. I'll go tomorrow night after my exam. For now, I'm going to nap.

I feel like I should add that i was meantlly exhausted before going to the gym on account of being up most the night studying, but my bodt wasn't tired enough to let me sleep, which is why i went to the gym - to make my body as exhausted as my brain :P

    I'm reading this as I wait for my computer to finish doing something so I can start my workout tonight (Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Day 1) and you're blog made me tired just reading it!
