I have been thinking about this for some time, planning to start...and then life happens...and the start never goes very far. Oh yes, I started 2 years ago and with much determination lost 48 pounds!! Somewhere along the line I relaxed what I thought were ingrained good habits...and well, you know the rest. I gained back 30 pounds.
I now have my chronic pain back, and plantar fasciitis like you wouldn't believe.
I was awake very early this morning and read a friends very motivating blog, and hoping to start once again...I re-read my Spark summary calendar and all the meals I ate and my little notes to myself. This is one of my favorite Spark features...you can go back and see a pattern of how you reacted on different days...to parties or vacations...
So fast forward to tonight, I had a very good
of my plan!! This is a plan not unlike what I did last time, when I was so successful, but this time I have to learn how to handle the ups and downs, the going off track and getting right back on. In a nutshell I have to learn how to eat to live, not live to eat!! I am limited in my fitness (painful feet) so this could be an extra challenge, but ultimately this is what my poor feet need...less weight!!
