Well two not so great weekends in a row. YIKES. But I have to say we have had a lot going on and my eating had gotten to the best of me.
Just between stress, celebrations, and father's day...my spark had fallen off. Today I am doing my best to get back on track. I felt so great when I was in a good groove. So the biggest and most important thing on my list today is to track my food and drink my water!!! OK...that's two. But they are REALLY BIG ones!!!!
So here we go...it's going to be a good week. Putting the weekend behind me.
