I feel good. I feel better when i eat less. My body seems to appreciate the lack of food. I do get hungry and I have to say it is very difficult to not "raid the fridge", especially during times of frustration and/or boredom. I need to learn another outlet. I have read a couple of motivational articles. I really enjoy those. I want to be able to make it this time. I have tried and stopped and tried and stopped so many times. This has to be a commitment for me, regardless of what others around me may want, I have to make this MY commitment to me and for me. Sounds selfish. Just remember....I FEEL BETTER WHEN I TAKE CARE OF MYSELF AND EAT LESS! emoticon
