    My mantra: Strong Mind, Strong Body, Stay the Course!

    You have to think and plan out for the week
    You have to spend time with the work outs
    Both will keep you on track

    Make sure you keep you and your wife a priority. I work lots of hours. Kent and I find time to be with each other. We enjoy a date night every other week. We look forward to it. I read what you posted on FB. It will be very important to keep the bond between you and your wife at the top of your list my friend!!!

    It's good you will be walking a lot with the second job. The secret is when you work a lot of hours is to sneak in exercise. Instead of using your hour lunch break at your first job to sit and eat, take that hour and walk. Eat your lunch at your desk before you can leave for lunch if that is allowed.

    Take stairs and not elevators if you are working in a building with two floors or more. Get to your first job 15 minutes early and walk the area before you go inside.

    I will say that my husband will start working 12 hour days next week from 11PM to 11AM. We have been talking a lot about how we can fit in us time and exercise. Once he gets off work we will go to the gym for an hour or two so that we can talk and work out.

    You may want to keep track of how much you are walking and try to fit in some simple exercises that can help maintain muscle.

    Possibly spend time with your wife cutting fruits and veggies and pre-preparing meals for your busy schedule.

    Ive been reading "The Spark" book again and Chris "SParkguy" talks about how to keep up some sort of physcial activity and dont make it rely on the gym. If your going to be in a job ealking around checking doors and security, then get in some circuit kind of walking in, Walk from door A to door B at a fast pace, door B to floor 3 at normal pace, floor 3 to floor 2 use the stairs, and so on. Take some mini dumbells with you in a backpack and use them while your on your rounds. Do Leg lifts and chair benching while in the office. Theres no reason to miss out on your gym time after your second job, just have to make some adjustments and do what works for you!

    My husband and I spend the majority of the day apart, sometimes he isnt home until late in the evening and theres only an hour or two to spend together. Make that time count, read the newpaper or online news sources and have active topics to discuss with your gal when you get home. An hour long talk about a subject that interests you makes up for being apart all day long and is more memorable then being couch potatoes together for 3 hours.
