Getting on track TODAY after a rough YESTERDAY!

Yesterday was a disaster after 7pm!! I did great all day until i went to the Mall Of America!! I literally had like 4 cupcakes, 2 cookies, popcorn AND a large bag of Sour patch kids!!!!!! But im moving forward today.. I do feel kinda depressed.. but i KNOW ill feel better after my workout!! Im trying hard to watch what i eat. I had a cereal bar this morning, 1/2 cup of rice with turkey sausage sterfreid onions and peppers and i just had a light bread sandwich. Im done with carbs for the rest of the day!! Im going to eat protein, veggies and fruit for the rest of the day.. if i stay positive today.. im gunna be happy and confident by tomorrow.. it always takes a few days of good work to feel back on track!!
