Day 1 - 30 Day 300 Ab Challenge

I've decided to start giving myself 30 day challenges, and I'm going to be blogging about it the whole time! Hopefully that way I can keep myself motivated. Since my abs are my current target area, it only makes sense to do an Ab Challenge.
I felt the most strain with the In-N-Outs; fortunately, it only got a little easier as I pushed myself. I had to take 30s-1m breaks between each set, and sometimes half way through a set. I found the Hip Butt ups to be a little difficult at first; same with the Heals to the Heavens. I think I figured it out half way through each set though. By far, the most difficult work out was the Roll-Up V-Ups. I thought about only doing 10 or 15 reps, but I pushed! No idea if I did this correctly, and it seemed to get worse as I went, but I did 25! I found the last two to be my favourite. Leg Climbers took me a few times to get right, but it was fun once I got it. I didn't notice as much of strain on my abs for this one, but I definitely felt it with the Kayakers.
I did the recommended stretches right after, as well as a Hip Flexor Stretch.
I felt tired after, but I also felt great! I finished my work out with a 30 min 5km jog, followed by more stretches.
I'm not too sure if I'm looking forward to Day 2... the Ab challenge took me about 30 min, and I for sure found it challenging.. but I'm gonna keep pushing!!
