1 day at a time. :P
No Zumba tonight so... refused to skip another workout and so fancied repeating the crazy KB workout from myomytv.com - It was those burpee into pullups what make it so appealing. :P
I'm highly surprised that I seem to have improved my scores. After rest? Y'know, I often surprise myself like this... What they say is true - Rest does your body so so much good. Even if you do pig out a bit. :P
