Repeat of Myomytv Crazy KB Workout

1 day at a time. :P

No Zumba tonight so... refused to skip another workout and so fancied repeating the crazy KB workout from - It was those burpee into pullups what make it so appealing. :P

I'm highly surprised that I seem to have improved my scores. After rest? Y'know, I often surprise myself like this... What they say is true - Rest does your body so so much good. Even if you do pig out a bit. :P

Thruster into Rev Lunge Right - (8.5-7-7) 9-7-6
Thruster into Rev Lunge Left - (7-6-5) 7-6-5
Burpee Into Pullup - (5-4-4.5) 5-5-4
Contra-Lateral Single Deadlift + Row Left - (7-7-5) 8-8-6
Contra-Lateral Single Deadlift + Row Right - (6-6-6) 8-7-7
Roundabout KB Swing - (30-32-39) 33-37-?

Very enjoyable workout... And really works you hard.

  Hey, even if you're taking it one day at a time, you're still around and showing support for your fellow Sparkers. I know it can take a lot of effort to focus on other people when you have your own life to think about. So we totally appreciate you!

    Oooo great workout! And nice job kicking your old scores BUTTS! =D

Yesterday I took a MUCH DESERVED rest day also, and I'm looking forward to whooping my own butt today! Cheers for resting it up and then hitting it HARD! =D
