Well, I didn't do to well over the weekend. Wasn't feeling well and had a Migraina headaache. So wasn't eatting well and gain weigh over the weekend. I have given myself a positive pep talk and Today is a new day. And I plan to get back on track this week. emoticon

    I FEEL YOUR FRUSTRATION. I WIEGHED TODAY AND ALSO FOUND I HAD GAINED BACK 1LB. IT WAS A SPECIAL WEEKEND, MY 6TH WEDDING ANNIV & ALSO FATHERS DAY. I DIDN'T TRULY STICK TO MY HEALTHY FOOD, BUT I DID TRY NOT TO DO TOO BADLY WITH MY CHOICES. I REALLY FAILED LAST WEEK IN THE STRENGTH TRAINING DEPT.

OH WELL, TODAY IS A "NEW" DAY. I HAVE 7 DAYS IN FRONT OF ME TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND I'M GIVING IT MY BEST SHOT.

YOU CAN DO THIS TOO...I LOOK FORWARD TO READING A POST FROM YOU NEXT WEEK CHEERING ABOUT WEIGHT "LOST".
