Staying on track

It's been a few days since my last entry and this week was a little rocky. I had missed a few snacks and most importantly i even skipped at least one meal. My exercise was at a minimum, and I ate out and even splurged a little on a delicious frozen yogurt desert. Right now, I almost skipped breakfast because to me I need a meat at the breakfast table and I was fresh out of breakfast meats. Instead, I made a serving and a half of oatmeal, and am slowly eating it as much as i dislike it. Growing up my oatmeal was always loaded with butter and sugar by my grandmother so its a little weird to eat it just plain. All in all I'm going to focus these next couple days for my weigh in on Wednesday. I don't think I'm ready to see a negative result on the scale this early in the diet. I am working hard to stay motivated.
