Banana Island days 3-5

Monday, June 18, 2012

I had some very amazing couple of days, outside of my detox and crazy craving for everything salt related, this is going FANTASTIC! I am loving banana island. When cravings hit I have learned to remind myself that the whole reason I was doing this is to ditch the salt, so that helps me stay focused.

Day 3 banana island:
total kcal: 3002
water: 3L
I had much shorter day, because I slept more, so not many calories.. now that I think about it though, may be that's why I had such a bad cravings on that day?
did a lot of walking and dancing on this day

Day 4 banana island:
total kcal: 3677
water: 3.5L
Took little sis out for a walk and play, lots of walking again..

we had TONS of fun :)

Day 5 banana island:
total kcal: 3821
water: 3L
wasn't as active, rested in the morning and worked in the afternoon. Very slow and relaxing day.. needed that!

So today I am spending time with my mom and little sis again, we are going to do some grocery shopping, I have bananas for today and possibly tomorrow.. not sure if I should stop or keep going.. I guess I'll see what type of fruits we run into today. I feel great and really enjoying this.. I actually crave more bananas .. funny isn't it? I might just get more bananas and continue on for few more days ..

It sounds like your doing amazing! I do think the cravings come part from detox and part from not enough calories. Your doing fantastic. I really should jump aboard with you. I wonder if we have enough ripe bananas here.

Those pics of you and your sister are cute!
