The long and "shorts" of it.

In an attempt to change it up a bit and get my focus away from scale weight, I'm initiating a new challenge for myself for the next two weeks. I have a pair of rather expensive denim shorts I wore in 2008 that I can now get buttoned, but barely. My goal is to rock those shorts in two weeks. How?
1. High protein with loads of fruits and veggies.
2. Limited alcohol.
3. Mindful eating- quit when I'm full, not when the plate is empty.
4. Lift 2x's a week heavy.
5. Continue running 3x's and biking 3x's a week with at least 1 session of each being interval training.
It's not hard if I stick to the formula.
