Day 15 of the Just 10 Challenge
Lbs. Lost: 1 :o(
Good day: Day 3, week 2 of 5k program; Was able to run for 2 min. straight without over exertion
Bad Day: last wednesday; Procrastinated and wound up getting a migraine; Lesson: my procrastination causes added stress which is not worth the consequences.
Struggle task: Cravings: I cant get past them until I have them and then I often overdo it.
Successful Task: No Soda; When I want a soda, I grab Perrier instead.
