You? Yes, you. You know how you are. I see your posts on the weekly Monday weighers or the other assorted boards I'm on, and I'm annoyed. I'm annoyed at your attitude. Come on guys. I really hurt a little for those of you that loose some ounces and then post about your frustrations that it was only a few ounces. You belittle and bully yourselves over a weight LOSS. Seriously you did lose some weight... just saying. Would you say the things you say to yourself to your friends? No, no you would not. You would hug them say well at least it was a loss and then encourage them to go on. I whittling down some pounds this month an ounce at a time, and I celebrate each ounce. Why? I know that it wasn't a gain, not even an ounce in fact it was a deficit to my benefit. Weight loss is hard enough without stomping on your own feelings. Celebrate those ounces. I've even made a little self serving competition of it. I have gone almost 3 months with no gains. Not a single one. I've had some no losses, but not a gain since spring break. Now it's a bit of a challenge to myself not to have a gain. Yeah I'm kinda a badass
. I know you guys can do this. Change your attitude and help yourselves out. Ok now I'm done lecturing you. How about a group hug, a smack on the tush, and a lets get back in the game moment? Good luck this week, yall!!!!
